The Shorty Bar

Description

The Shorty Bar was designed to allow you to choose the most efficient width for your lat pulldowns, seated rows and landmine rows. 

The Shorty bar has 8 adjustment points on each side to attach your favorite d-handles. By flipping The Shorty Bar, you can also use your single attachment accessories for landmine work. You can also use the the D-Grips (optional) to use the Shorty Bar in a fashion similar to a standard lat pulldown bar. The D-Grips are easily installed/removed and made of a flexible TPU material.
